No — ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta and Google, so you own the accounts and the data. Most of our clients start between $1,500 and $3,000 per month in ad spend. We'll recommend the right amount for your market on the strategy call.
How long until I see results?
Foundation clients see Google Business and review momentum in 30–60 days. Growth and Authority clients typically see qualified leads in the first 7–14 days of ad launch, with consistent pipeline building over 60–90 days as we optimize.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Foundation and Growth are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Authority is an annual commitment because of the custom production work and dedicated resources. You keep everything we build either way: your website, your CRM, your ad accounts, your data.
What if I'm just starting out?
The Foundation tier is built exactly for this. Get a real website, get your Google Business Profile working, start collecting reviews, and look credible to homeowners while you build the runway to invest in ads. Most Foundation clients graduate to Growth within 6–9 months.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — most Foundation clients graduate to Growth once they're ready to invest in paid ads, and Growth clients move to Authority when they want custom video, AI search, and dedicated strategy. We make upgrades easy.
