Performance Guarantee: Eastman Strategies LLC may offer a performance guarantee for specific services under certain stipulations mutually agreed upon by Eastman Strategies LLC and the client, which will be set forth in the client’s individual service agreement. If the agreed-upon conditions are met and business profits do not increase within three (3) months of service initiation, the client will not be billed for those specific services, subject to full compliance with the terms of the service agreement.
4. Performance and Results
4.1. No Absolute Guarantees: While we strive to achieve optimal results, outcomes depend on various factors such as market conditions, competition, and external variables beyond our control.
4.2. Performance Guarantee Conditions:
The performance guarantee applies solely under the specific terms and conditions outlined in the signed service agreement between Eastman Strategies LLC and the client.
The client must adhere to all recommendations and strategies provided by Eastman Strategies LLC for the guarantee to remain valid.
Failure to follow the agreed-upon recommendations, strategies, or contractual stipulations may render the performance guarantee null and void.
5. Billing and Payment
5.1. Payment Terms: Billing details, including fees, schedules, and payment methods, will be defined in your service agreement.
5.2. Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in:

6. Intellectual Property

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates Disclaimer: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
Compliance: Eastman Strategies LLC adheres to carrier compliance requirements, CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal and state laws. Severe violation fines from carriers such as T-Mobile may apply for prohibited content. By using our services, you agree to these compliance standards.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
